Fill 90 ml distil water in the sample bag	Blend on chopping board with hammer


Inoculation With pipette perpendicular to AC, place 1 ml of sample onto center of bottom film	Inoculation Gently apply pressure on spreader to distribute inoculums over circular area before gel is formed. Do not twist of slide spreader.

Incubation Incubate plates with clear slide up in stacks of no more than 20.	Interpretation After 24 hour, AC can count with illuminated magnifier.

Incubation Incubate plates with clear slide up in stacks of no more than 20.	Interpretation After 24 hour, lift the top film of the Petri film reactive disk in the well of the plate. Lower the well of the plate.

Incubate plates with inserted Petri film reactive disk for 1 to 3 hrs at 35.C or 37.C.	Rapid S. Aureus can be countered on illuminated magnifier.
